Refund Policy

Appointments:

By registering and submitting payment for a training, you are reserving an appointment with a trainer. If you are unable to attend the appointment, you are required to cancel at least 24 hours prior to the appointment, so that the appointment time may be released to another client. You may cancel your appointment through our scheduling application on the website, by email at [email protected], or by emailing or leaving a phone message with your trainer, at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If you cancel an appointment with at least 24 hours notice, the full value of your appointment will be credited to your account, and you will be able to use that credit to reschedule for an alternate appointment. Refunds will not be issued.

If your dog is unable to attend due to illness or injury, and you are no longer able to proceed with rescheduling your appointments for a later date, we will refund the cost of any remaining appointments, provided at least 24 hours notice is given and a veterinary certificate is provided. If the appointment is cancelled by the trainer, we will offer you a full refund for the appointment or a credit to your account for a future appointment.

If you need to reschedule an appointment, you are required to do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your appointment fee.

If your trainer decides that an appointment needs to be rescheduled due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond their control, your trainer will contact you to reschedule.  You will be provided a credit to your account for a future appointment or offered a full refund.   

Group Classes:

By registering and submitting payment for a group class, you are reserving a place in a dog training class. Should you need to cancel your spot in an upcoming set of classes that has not started we require at least 2 weeks or 14 days notice before the start of the 6 weeks session in which you signed up for. You may cancel your spot through our scheduling application on the website, by email at [email protected], or by emailing or leaving a phone message with your trainer, at least 2 weeks or 14 days prior to the start of the 6 weeks session in which you signed up for.

If you are unable to attend the scheduled class, you are required to cancel at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class. You may cancel your class through our scheduling application on the website, by email at [email protected], or by emailing or leaving a phone message with your trainer, at least 24 hours prior to the class.  If you cancel a class with at least 24 hours notice, you will be able to work with an instructor to schedule a time to attend a replacement class within the same 6 week session, in place of the class that was missed.  Replacement or “make up” class credits cannot be applied to any other service.  Refunds will not be issued for group classes.

If your trainer decides that a class needs to be rescheduled due to circumstances beyond their control (i.e. inclement weather, instructor illness), your trainer will contact you to reschedule, providing as much notice as reasonably possible.  You will be provided an alternate time to attend a class that has been rescheduled. 

Seminars:

By registering and submitting payment for a seminar, you are a reserving a seat in the seminar.  If you wish to cancel and receive a refund, you must cancel through our scheduling application on the website or by email at  [email protected].  Full refunds will be given to individuals who cancel prior to the closing date as posted on our website.  If you cancel after the closing date, no refund will be given.
